Meet Beth

Beth is a Seattleite, growing up on Capitol Hill, spending teenage years in Laurelhurst and then purchasing her first home in Madison Park. She appreciates the unique flavor of our many different neighborhoods and knows them well. It was during a year in France that she fell in love with beautiful architecture... which eventually led to a career in real estate after spending 20 years working in sales, marketing and management for Fortune 500 companies.

Beth enjoys helping her clients through many of life's transitions. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES-) Beth has helped many families sell the family home and downsize. She understands how a person can be overwhelmed by leaving a familiar place and starting over. Her caring, detailed, and gentle approach has helped many of her elderly clientele be reassured as they move through a significant life change. Beth has a stable of trusted partners ranging from stagers, packers, organizers, movers, painters and handy folks.

As a Global Luxury Director, she has sold luxury homes in the Seattle/Eastside areas. To earn this designation, one must sell a certain volume of prestigious homes per year. Again, Beth serves as a trusted advisor and personal advocate whether you are selling or purchasing a home. One tenet of her success is discretion, as well as honesty, diligence, and skilled representation. She understands the nuances of selling waterfront properties, estates, and lovely older homes in established neighborhoods.
